Description

• Very high quality colorless tannin formulated from gall nuts
• Helps prevent oxidation, increase mouth feel, and imparts a perception of sweetness
• Dosage rate of 5-15g/100L. Approximately 2.3 grams per level teaspoon
• 1 kg size

Colorless white wine tannin derived from gall nuts. Used at start of fermentation it protects against oxidation. Used during aging it imparts mouth feel and a perception of sweetness. Mix thoroughly. Add 3 weeks+ before bottling. Use 0.20.6 G/gal.
