Organic valley grass milk raw cheddar cheese is a premium, artisan cheese crafted from organic valley grass milk, which is sourced from 100% grass-fed cows. While all organic valley cows are raised on pasture, what makes this cheese extra special it is that it comes from cows fed a 100% grass, no-grains diet. The milk is non-homogenized (cream-on-top) and gently heated. Small-batch cheesemakers handcraft organic valley grass milk into classic raw mild and raw sharp cheddars.
