Also, because we own a Tofu/Soy Milk manufacturing business, we are constantly getting new shipments of soybeans every 3 weeks, therefore we always have the newest crop possible. Newest crop ensures that you get the best tasting and fragrant Tofu and Soy Milk. Identity-preserved (IP) soybean production refers to a system where soybeans are grown under contract, following set guidelines to ensure the harvested crop meets the purity and/or quality parameters demanded by the end user. This ensures that the Non-GMO soybeans are not contaminated by GMO crops.
