Powerful non-caustic formula designed to remove grease from flat-top griddles. Green Power safely cleans steel or aluminum surfaces. Use Green Power to have your griddle clean in under 5 minutes. Directions: 1. Ensure the grill is at 325F-350F 2. Have plenty of water available 3. Pour approximately 8oz of Green Power and spread the solution across the surface of the griddle. 4. Allow the solution to sit for 15 seconds before pouring water on the griddle. 5. Use a brush to scrub the griddle surface. 6. Use our other product Liquid Lemon, to remove carbon spots and neutralize the cooking surface. 7. Wipe the griddle using a clean rag.
